Tea tree oil help get rid of a lump in my ear?

I just got a industrial piercing and there's a lump inside the top hole. A friend told me that using tea tree oil to get rid of him. What is tea tree oil, and it works?

Tea tree oil or vitamin E oil are the most common remedies for getting rid scar tissue. You have to massage oil in the fabric for a few minutes a day at least. The oil helps break up scar tissue that is causing the area to be tough. Personally, I have done, and I have not had much luck. I am very persistent, though I did not do it every day. This also works for stretch marks and any scar tissue at all - it says so on the bottle! You can get vitamin E oil in small capsules (pop and squeeze the oil on the finger) or in a bottle.
