I am in love with this lavender; when I received my first order, I had no idea it was going to be this lovely. The first reviewer is right when saying every single bud is perfect. Not only is it perfect for cooking, but also if you are into being Green, it's the best natural product for keeping moths away from the woolens, as well as discouraging mice from entering the house when the weather gets cooler. If you live in an older city and still have those steam radiators for your heat; you can always put a small cloth bag of lavender behind it. Put it also in little cloth bags in your clothes drawers. Heavenly, soft scent will permeate throughout your home.

Amazed at the quality of this lavender every single bud is perfect. Incredibly aromatic and held up better than any other lavender I have used. If your searching for culinary lavender you can't go past this.
