What is the secret to healthy hair? What can one do to keep their hair young, strong and healthy?

For healthier stronger hair don’t use chemicals on your hair – this is so simple every one misses it! The scalp is like a sponge, it absorbs everything you put on it, have you seen the stuff in shampoos, perms and relaxers? If you had to transport the ingredients you would have to put them into barrels with hazardous stickers placed on it

Healthy hair tips number two: second secret is to never use hot water to wash your hair and scalp, always use Luke warm water, water that is around 22 Celsius or room temperature. And take fewer showers. Why? Washing your hair with shampoos will strip away sebum and give you unhealthy hair

The best frequency is every other day

Do not straighten, curl or perm your hair it damages your hair and possibly stunts hair growth and gives your hair a dry, frizzy and fuzzy feeling.

Use a powerful leave in oil like Mira hair oil! This is a must , I promise your hair will thank you for it and it will look , feel and actually be healthy

For healthy looking hair be sure to lower sun exposure –limit the amount of time spent under the sun, the sun damages your hair and it will lightens your hair color which does not look healthy

Other ways to grow healthy hair is to get a trim where you cut of your split ends trimmed every 4-6 weeks.

Use only healthy hair products and this means do not use any product that requires the use of heat. Heat will damage your hair.
