Doing a Liver And Gallbladder Flush With A Lemon Olive Oil Cleanse

To help our bodies work at removing toxins as best it can, a gallbladder liver flush is really something you should consider.

Cleansing your body internally makes good sense. Why do we only cleanse ourselves on the outside and spend hundreds of dollars doing so. I'm sure all the big soap and shampoo companies are ecstatic.

Our body should be working well all on its own thank you very much. However, in today's world with our penchant to consume sodas and fast food on a daily basis, our body systems have a hard time coping. That's just the tip of the iceberg - think about the huge amounts of coffee we consume as well as a diet of usually too much fat and too little fiber. Many of us do not give our bodies enough roughage in the form of daily fresh fruit or vegetables.

A gallbladder liver flush can help to:

Here's how it works:
First of all you will need time to do this. If you work Monday to Friday then the weekend is the perfect time for this. Give yourself the weekend to do this properly and in as much comfort as you can.
You will need:
2 quarts of organic apple juice or six to eight organic apples
16 oz of first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil (probably the most expensive of olive oils but worth it)
4 large organic lemons
2 oranges
A hot water bottle for comfort
Somewhere to lie and relax
Pillows and blankets
Clock or timer

On Friday until Sunday evening eat only apples - organic if possible and peeled. Eating meat and dairy products will simply inhibit the effects of the gallbladder liver flush. Have as many apples as you like and drink as much fresh water as you desire.

On Saturday at 5pm take an Epsom salt drink. Simply mix ½ teaspoon of Epsom sales into ½ cup of purified water and add 1 to 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice. Do not eat anything after this, but you can continue to drink water. This drink will help loosen your stools.

Next is the Flush Drink:
Starting at 6pm take the first drink (open 2 capsules of Quantum Hyssop Complex and mix them with 3 or 4 tablespoons of the olive oil (Moroccan olive oil is best). Immediately afterwards chew and eat one or two slices of organic orange.
Repeat this every 15 minutes so that you consume 12 to 16 tablespoons of oil. After the first flush you can add one capsule of ParaStat to the mixture.
That is it! Do not eat anything until the next morning. If you don't feel like eating, keep to the water. Then if you feel hungry, eat apples until Monday morning.
You can find that your stools have a greenish color, which is quite normal.
During this time, relax and pamper yourself - keep stress out of your life.

You can have an "After Flush Drink" which comprises of:
2 medium fresh organic tomatoes
2 stalks of organic celery
2 tablespoons of the Olive Oil
2 capsules (opened) of the Quantum Hyssop Complex
Simply blend them together and drink slowly. If you want to have food, then wait 15 minutes after the drink.

Start eating normally slowly. With the gallbladder/liver flush, you have given your body a thorough cleanse so now be careful what you ingest.
