How to make liquid soap? What are the ingredients? Measures?

How do you make a bottle of liquid soap? I want to make liquid soap with special properties of plant here that's very good for the skin! But I have no idea how to start! I need other things to use. Can you tell me?

I'm not sure you really can 'do' liquid soap, I think you have to buy neutral (no color, no smell) of liquid soap, and add the plant escense desire.
