Is there a chemical that makes liquid soap stay liquid?

I'm trying to make my own liquid soap. However, after a few days, the liquid soap get thicker and thicker until do almost solid. Is there a chemical that causes the liquid stay more liquid soap?

Sorry, but no - have been discovered soap slime! Soaps that are composed of sodium salts of fatty acids that do - which thickens and gives ick. Even then add more water to rinse you end up with more thick mud. These soaps are made by reacting sodium hydroxide with oils. Liquid soaps, on the other hand, are made by reacting potassium hydroxide with oils. So if you see an ingredient "sodium xate (tallowate sodium, sodium cocoate, etc), it will not work. There are a few soaps that do not have soap components - ie they are detergent bars only - and those you may be able to dilute. I read recently that the addition a little salt (I dissove in water first) can help you to stay liquid, but I have not tried and do not bet the bank on that.
