Relaxing soap / shower gel for the night?

I get up at 4:30 most days of the week to exercise before work. Since going to work in the mornings, I have much more energy during the day. This moves to the night and sometimes have difficulty relaxing and sleep in time to get up so early. I started making a habit of taking a hot shower just relaxing before going to bed with a book. What are some of the relaxing aromas can use? Lavender? What else? I prefer not having to pay $ 20 in Bath & Body Works. Lotion might work too, now that I think.

Lavender is very good !!... this may sound but try Johnsons WEARD baby bath as his bedtime 4-5 $ .. I know its 4 babys lol but get a little use in a hot bath, a gathering, really works! ! can also called no less $ $ $

What scent best suits a man? Lavender, chamomile etc ... Or mangoes, papaya etc ...?

Hello. I'm a vegetarian new and the hardest part is when it comes to health and beauty products. I've been trying to find shampoo and body soap for men only, but no luck. However, I found a company called Alba Botanical stating that it is the body soap and shampoo are for both men and a woman. Now, the one that best adapt to a man? Aroma of flowers or the smell of exotic fruits? Thanks for all your input. Marc
