I needCold Soar help?!?

Hi last night i felt a cold Soar on the upper lip and has not really know what to do .. I washed my face with soap and water and then put some gel 10% benzoyl peroxide in it overnight. It doesn't look too much worse than it is notable definitaly now. I wonder if benzoyl peroxide is still going to help or if I am just wasting time. I would also like to know some home remedies to cure this cold soar, I heard "Abreva" and stuff well, but I think Im going to pick up any perscription. Maybe if theres i can someitng Walgreens jusut picjk up or soemthing .. Some other little things that could want to know is if it becomes a white head I pop it? What caused this and how can I prevent another? and I'm supposed to meet a girl, not I kiss her because of this?

Most of the time it will disappear by itself after a few days. If it gets worse, then see a doctor. Keep the area clean and sterile as it can be.
