How To Make Shave Soap

How can I get a better shave?

Every time I shaved or cut his hair, leave bumps and leave in small spots. I just want a close shave which is clean and smooth. My mom told me once he was not throwing hard enough to get it all off, but I tried to push harder and just cuts off the leg. Just push them all. I've tried using soap, shaving cream and nothing at all. I have tried different types of razors. I make sure to use a new razor every time. Nothing works! What am I doing wrong?

Use any kind of lotion such as Aloe Vera or baby oil to stay away from soap to dry skin. Never dry shave that make you leave the cuts and bruises. After shaving apply more lotion or baby oil to absorb into the skin OK
