Lavender is often used during the Elizabethan Tudor and the preparation of a wide variety of dishes and was the favorite of Queen Elizabeth I. Palace gardeners were required to have lavender flowers available throughout time was used to make lavender preserves (a blend of lavender flowers and sugar) and sweet lavender tea (a drink made with lavender flowers, boiling water and honey.)

The inclusion of lavender in lotions and oils placed on burns and bee stings to relieve pain aid and its use in massage oils helps relax muscles.

While many of the medicinal properties of lavender involving the use of lavender oil or dried lavender stems or "straw" left after removing the flowers can be burned like incense and have often been used as a means of deodorizing and disinfection of the sick. and What is your routine? this is what I do: I use the two in a head n shoulders shampoo and conditioner. i do 2 rinses it and then I use a conditioner independent makes my hair soft. use this special soap that smells good ULTRA you can get some from here: # smell lavender http://www.ct.net/soap.html as well. and people can smell from a man away. then I use a shower gel flowers. (I think Victoria's Secret), I use this thing then rinse the face neutrigena to keep my face zit-less ($ 7 at Walmart) what to do? I ment .... miles

Once a day, usually overnight. Depending on what sports or How many dance classes I had that day but maybe twice. Once to get the first "sweat" off and the second as a normal shower. Arrives, and shampoo your hair with Loreal Paris for dry / damaged hair (i do a lot of heat damage). Soak for about 3 minutes and wash. Then use the air conditioner game and, as is immersed in a good start to 5 minutes shaved legs and such. Wash and clean the air conditioner and after finishing the shave. Once I'm done with that I use my body soap (which I have perfume, lotion matching) and rinse it off. Then I make all my kit clean and clear advantage, brush my teeth, clean and disinfect my piercing and go to bed =)
