How I can make my grain disappear in a day?

HELP, I have a notable grain under my chin. It is red, so you can see from 5 feet away. I want to get rid of it for tomorrow, for tomorrow the first day of school, and I look good. I have no medication grain at this time. only medicated soaps and facial scrubs clear and clean. Please .. help me cut! Any advice will not work! Thanks.
