Can I use Dove soap to clean my makeup brushes?

i Dont have a baby shampoo or a brush clean and do not want to go shopping, so you could only use Dove soap? because people say that Regular soap is too hard and not make soft bristles, but Dove moisturizing soap as part isn't it? and its milder. I use it more as a cleaner face and works well. BTW, how often should I clean my brushes? once a month? or once a week?

YES YES YES !!!!! Dove safe use ... than is the best, I use it. clean my toothbrush once every 2 weeks. That should do well:) good luck ))))
