How can I quit 3 years of using foul language?

I have tried time outs, spanking, and ignoring. He has also learned to tolerate the soap and hot sauce. Every time he doesn't get away with own, spits out F-bombs, and G'D like a pro. Nor hear bad language as much as possible. He even said they were "grown up" words. I have other 2 guys and none of them passed through this stage, so I do not know what lies ahead.
