How to make soap with bleach alternative.?

I'm making soap for my speech class and have no time for the bleach to the Internet and can not be bought in stores where I am. I saw that it could melt Neutrogena transparent glycerine soap bar, and use that as a base, or something relatively close to that. Do you think it is safe and in fact will OK? I'm running out of time and work necessary for this soap!

A glycerine based soap is a much healthier replacement for store brand traditional. Glycerin soaps can be decorated and colored the way you choose. Just follow the simple steps below to make non-toxic glycerin soaps without using bleach. Step 1 cut the block of glycerin along premeasured lines with a knife. Usually two to three pieces cut will make a bar of soap, or multiply the necessary cuts in the amount of mold that is used. Step 2 Place the cut glycerin in a double boiler. Melt until it becomes a clear liquid. Once melted, remove the pot from the conclusion of the glycerin from the heat and place it on a heating pad. Step 3 Add food dye to the melted glycerin, and stir the soap until the desired color. The more dye is added, the deeper and more opaque the color of your soap will be. You also may decide to leave clear that soap color to show more of the decorations that you may be using. Step 4 Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil, the fragrance of her bar glycerin. The essential add more oil, more soap is fragrant. You can use aromatherapy essential oils to create a mood, or other fragrances, such as flowers or fruit to show soaps to perfume the atmosphere. Everyone in the house may have its own specially designed bar soap. Step 6 Pour the liquid mixture completed soap molds and let cool at least an hour. When cooled, you are ready to use your new bar of soap homemade glycerin.

Vinegar and soap synthetic, what will happen?

You know how it develops when the soap suds and wipe with vinegar, what is happening and is chemically make sure that when the skin develops soap scum? Specifically, the foaming soap contains soap based detergent, but it has BHT, parabens, ethanols, tricoslan, TEA, methylcellolose, dyes, glycerin, mystric acid and some other things I can not remember now. There may be a shampoo that also involved the DEA has sufricants disodium some synthetic and Paraben substitutes, but it is also essential oils and plant extracts just want to know because I did yesterday, I hope it's not going to die soon (or cancer).
