Who here agrees with me that Philippine television sucks?

I only mean ABS-CBN and GMA. All of their shows are CRAP and for shallow dumb idiots. Be it the soap operas, the "game" shows, the news which are one-sided, the sitcoms which most of the time aren't funny nor amusing, and the charity shows which they air only to show that the help the poor. I do not know why so many Filipinos are turned into idiots by these TV stations. Or should I say they watch these channels because they're idiots? Anyway, it doesn't matter because it works both ways.

I really hate Philippine television. I only like to watch the channels in cable, even the Filipinized versions of channels. Not as good as the original American/European versions, but still tolerable.

They really suck bad to the bones.

I sometimes wonder why many Filipinos here in the U.S. would still watch from TFC channel the corniest and cheesiest sitcoms and television series when in fact there are far more better and interesting programs that educates the viewers at the same time.

On the other hand if we flip the other side of the coin, this is one of the simplest luxury that many poor people can afford. What is idiotic to some other viewers may be the grandest for others and am speaking for those poor people back in the Philippines.

Am not their spokes person but one has to understand why these stations thrive all these years was because of their idiotic audiences and you have to respect that.

Now, I could have cared less if you give me a TU or TD. Freedom of choice. Freedom of views.
