How do you clean your custom-fitted plugs?

Hello, I realize that one must first have the filter button outside the usual mold, however, how then wash the plastic? The instructions say soap and water. But what kind of soap to soak for a few hours or run under the tap? Thanks, you just need to clean before that I feel comfortable doing so. They were a lot of cash, so I want to be 100%. Thanks!

Use a mild soap or detergent wash dishes and run under the tap. Shake out and then put them on a cloth to let them air dry.
