Clearly Natural biodegradable soap Why? and what's in it?

I bought and love of natural light Biograderadable soap, but only lists the ingrediants glycerin and vitamin E? So what else is on he? (made in CA)

This is interesting, usually the ingredients on the list of all ingredients in the product. Glycerin and vitamin E alone is not going to make soap, both are liquid at room temperature. Soaps are actually the sodium salts of fatty acids, soaps derived from normal fats are biodegradable.
