• 2 lbs. 100% pure olive oil
• Pearls 2 oz beeswax
• 4.5 oz lye crystals
• Distilled Water 12.10 oz
• Aromatic oil 2 oz
• Food Color

You will also need:

• Glass mixing bowls
• Wooden spoons
• Pots
• Molds
• Safety Glasses

Instructions

• In a saucepan, bring the pearls of beeswax and olive oil and heat to 120 º C up to 100-wax melts in the oil. Be careful to keep warm as any inconsistency in temperature only will turn your soap in a sticky goo.
• In a separate pan, take a little distilled water and add bleach crystals of the same. However, before you begin working with bleach, do not forget to wear safety glasses to protect against its toxic effects. Stir the mixture gently and always keep aside. The bleach water will be hot and bubbly. Wait until the lye mixture is cooled and reaches the same level of temperature than the oil.
• Now add the soda mixture to oil, being careful to pour the mixture of bleach and not vice versa. Make sure you are working on a well ventilated area. Also keep your distance from the lye mixture and accidental contact with bleach can burn your skin.
• Add your favorite aromatic essential oil or other pigments with soap mixture and stir gently. Once the soap starts to draw, pour into greased pans and let the imposing.
• Cover the mouth of the mold with freezer paper and then put a lid on top of it. Wrap the soap molds in a blanket and left to stand for 20-24 hours. Remove the blankets and let set for 12 hours.
• Now unmold the soap and the change in a drying rack. Allow the soap to get cured for two weeks before it is ready for use. Take the soap and cut it into thick bars before soaking in luxury. This soap foam-in-low is likely to feel like heaven against your skin!
