I am hosting one of those parties where you invite some friends over to view some products and purchases are made.
I began to wonder if their is scent that not only relaxes you and puts you at ease, but also gets you in the buying mood (the more they buy, the more I get free!).
I was thinking Lavender. What are your ideas?
how about the smell of MONEY???

We live in a health conscious world: a world, too, that has embraced the idea of alternative therapies as a properly viable way of enhancing the quality of wellness in a person's life. Gone are the days when aromatherapy products were considered esoteric or unproven – a modern, balanced existence is widely recognised now to be enhanced by the use of oils.

The thing about aromatherapy products is this: they're completely natural. Humanity has long had an affection for natural products, which is deeply rooted in a common recognition that preparations derived from things that grow all around us must somehow be "better" than the syntheses achieved in Western laboratories. While modern medical products shouldn't be ignored (drugs that destroy potentially lethal illnesses are, after all, largely responsible for the increased life expectancy of the modern human), it's an equally important fact that therapies, medicines and preparations used in other forms of medicine have hundreds of years' worth of proven success.
The 1990s saw British retail establishments foraying into ancient medical disciplines to widen the national scope for palliatives and cures, which raised the profile of aromatherapy products practically overnight. After a brief scuffle with the establishment, aromatherapy products were proclaimed not just safe but definitely efficacious – and in ways that science-based medicine could never aspire to be. The difference between aromatherapy products and medicine lies in the distinction between prevention and cure: most aromatherapy products are designed to maintain and promote the health of the human organism, rather than to cure specific ailments. Thus, we find that certain aromatherapy products are extremely useful in minimising the stress of modern living – a nebulous ailment universally agreed to be a significant root cause in a wide range of contemporary maladies. Aromatherapy products don't claim to stop the malaises themselves – rather, they promote a calmer and more relaxed style of life, which is now widely believed to be extremely useful in preventing the illnesses from manifesting in the first place.
Aromatherapy products are moving into the second decade of the 21st century with a status they've had to fight to win: as a genuine alternative to pills and synthetic compounds. Using aromatherapy products is a cheap, non-invasive and completely safe way to promote the better health of body and mind. As such, aromatherapy products are quickly replacing chemistry as recommended staples for better living.
