Here are seven tips to help you carry out your own natural beauty.
1. Do not go crazy ... all at once. If you're used to spending much money in the salon or spa beauty treatments, stop using these treatments gradually. If you use a lot of makeup or perfume, trying to reduce the amount you use a little at a time.
For me, going completely shameless is a kind of shock, but I like the least that I have now ended. These days, I feel that I am at my best with a swift stroke of a light powder foundation (the brand I like also as a sunscreen SPF 15), a spot of eyeliner, a quick coat of mascara and a bright pink stain.
I prefer that I look old, but took a while to get used to it. I started to decrease the amount of makeup she wore every day until I found something that best suits me.
2. Try herbal cosmetics. Experiment with some of the natural skin care and fragrance lines, which use the elements and fragrances of nature. Aveda, L'Occitane and backgrounds are three of my favorites. The scents of these products are heavenly, but not overwhelming.

4. Without roots. If the color of your hair, ask your stylist for your hair to gradually adjust to a tone closer to your natural tone. Your skin tone, probably better coordinates with your color on your natural state. It saves lots of time and money by not having to get their roots done regularly.
5. Be careful of your skin. Al begin to use less makeup, her skin shine through. For natural beauty, stay hydrated and use a product for skin care that works well with your skin.
